ORDERS AND PAYMENTS
Can I cancel or edit my order?
You can cancel and/or edit your order within 24 hours after placing it.
How do I confirm that my order has been placed?
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed. If you do not receive the email within 1 hour of placing your order, please contact us.
What should I do if my products arrive damaged?
You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order so that we can arrange a reshipment.
Can I use multiple promotion codes at once?
Only one promotion code, discount, or e-gift card code can be used at a time. These cannot be combined or used together.
What payment options do you accept?
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover, Diners Club, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Zelle, and PayPal.
Are sales taxes applied to my order?
Paleolife® charges sales tax on online transactions based on the shipping address and as required by applicable laws.
